Job Description   :

Statement of duties and responsibilities :

- Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure, (Housekeeping, Security, Vendor Management, CCTV Systems, Access Control (HID, Biometrics), Vendor Development & Management, ERT & Fire Evacuation Programs,  Maintenance & Engineering Services, Building Management System, Electrical, UPS, DG & Data Centre, Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler, FM 200, Air-conditioning (HVAC, Precision, conventional))

- Maintaining Public Relations & Co-ordination.

- Set documentation and financial flow and reporting procedures

- Set building condition and make recommendations for short and long term upgrades/refurbishment.

- Set and/or implement detailed guidelines and procedures for the on-going management operation.

- Set the security posting and manning, work/shift schedule.
- Set cleaning/HK systems and procedures.
- Maintain a pleasing environment with good landscaping maintenance and indoor planting.
- To assist the client with all matters concerning to government authorities, maintenance collections etc.
- Oversee operations of electrical and plumbing staff.

Desired Skills   :

Experience and/or special skills:

-       8 years of relevant experience.

-       Should have handled Residential Facility Management and Operations experience for large projects consisting of multiple buildings

Should have leadership skills

Educational Qualification   : Graduate
