Executive - CRM: CRM (Chennai (OMR))
Mandatory Requirement   :
  • Must have experience Collection.
Job Description   :

- Handle all the bank related documentation, queries related to loan with the customer.

Work closely with the location manager, CRM manager and manage back end work for pre-sales as well as post-sales activities

-  Manage customer entries into the system as per agreed timelines on a regular basis

-  Ensure maintenance of Daily, weekly and monthly MIS

-  Customer Interface for all post-sales activities and be primarily responsible for of managing receivables, customer service, customer and bank documentation

 - Align with the set goals and objectives set forth by the CRM head and organisation

 - Should be able to effectively liaison with the customers for receivables management, service issues or documentation requirement throughout customer life cycle

-  Inter-departmental coordination with the responsible executives, authorities for managing day-to-day activities as well as interact with channel members as and when required

-  Accountable for managing Cancellations, Transfers, Replacements and Refunds for respective locations

-  Fulfill customer requirements of Receipts, account status, bank documentation like Permission to mortgage, Third party agreement and NOCs

-  Liaison with banks, HFCs for customer documentation, project approvals and loan approvals

-  Work closely with sales and front end units to deliver a seamless service delivery to customers

-  Depending on the requirement participate in the Project Launches and sales requirements

Desired Skills   :
  • Must have experience in Bank documents Collection & Loan Process.
  • Good in maintenance of records and Analytical Skills
  • Computer proficiency & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent in People Management, Customer Relationships
  • High energy levels, willingness to travel.
  • Ability to multi- task and work in a team.
Educational Qualification   : Graduate.
Experience   : 2 - 4 yrs
