| Mr. Everitt is Group CEO of Stock Spirits Group, the leading beverage alcohol manufacturer in central European, and also an industry partner with Oaktree Capital Management Limited where he advises on strategic and operational aspects of acquisitions. Between 2002 and 2005, he was chief executive officer of Allied Domecq Europe. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Everitt was Managing Director of Allied Domecq España, and previously sales and marketing director of Allied Domecq Europe between 1995 and 1997, and regional director (Western Europe) of Allied Distillers Limited in Scotland between 1994 and 1995. He was sales director at BAT Spain between 1993 and 1994 and at Hoechst UK Limited between 1987 and 1989. Mr. Everitt graduated from the University of London in 1983 and completed the INSEAD AMP Programme in 2001. |

| Mr. McCook is an independent consultant on a global basis with clients in India, China, Korea and the US and sits on the Boards of four companies doing business in India. He was President of Kenwood Investments from June 2006 to November 2006 and was Senior Investment Officer Global Real Estate at California Public Employees Retirement Systems from March 2001 to April 2006. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. McCook was managing director of Institutional Housing Partners. Prior to this, he was managing director/director of positions at Home Capital Development Group and DEVCAP International and was a President at James T. Lewis Enterprises and Prudential Home Building Investors. Mr. McCook holds a BBA from Loyola Maramount University of Los Angeles, an MBA from the University of San Diego and attended the Leadership School (Institute of Financial Education) at the University of Southern California. |

He is also a director of the Aim listed Carpathian PLC. Prior to this, Mr. Cottrell was a director of Capital International Limited, managing director of Henry Cook Lumsden (London) PLC, and director of Hill Samuel Private Client Management Limited. He also spent four years as a council member of the Financial Intermediaries, Managers and Brokers Regulatory Association. Mr. Cottrell is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and holds an Institute of Directors Certificate (Company Direction and Chartered Directors Programme). |
